Light green plants

New to ebb and flow and having trouble with light green plants what am I doing wrong?

I'm just starting to learn how to read my plants, but it looks like it's lacking a mobile nute like NPK or Mg. What's your ph though cause some nutes get locked up if the ph isn't right. And ya more information would help. Here's a little thing about mobile vs immobile nutes.
 
All things being equal and with the information you've provided, you're short on Mg...as Concrete3511 suggests. Epsom salt is your friend. Good luck.
