u can do some bootleg shit like me . . i just used a wire cutter and cut the end of the extension cord . . the female end . . then took the wires and connected them to the wires on the fixture to make a cord. Used electrical tape to conceal the wires. Think thats what u were talkin about . . if not my fault im high.
i dont know what u really mean but its simple... all wires colors go together... basically White, Black, and green for ground.
The black = the hot wire
The white wire = the neutral wire
The exposed copper or green wire = the ground wire
here is how i did all my setups.. i took an extension cord and cut the head or the part that plugs in.. stripped the wires and connected together and taped
Why... its perfectly fine.. your whole house you live in now is based on this.... entire house is powered with 3 wires.. mainly the black and white. outlets act as your hub. if there were no outlets you would need to perm wire your ... lets say blender to the wall if that was the case. in this case, were just doing it to a fixture.
OR you can go and pay the extra $$$ and get somthing somone else made without the electrical tape

Please expand on the advice you are giving. Your setup is better than what he is talking about and will cost him less. He is talking about buying three separate $18.00 fixtures. Brag a little, you made good use of your dollars, help him do the same. Please? VV
