I can get all these lights for cheap at my work and was wondering if any of these will work with growing and what i will need to make them work. I dont know anythhing about lights but I think all of these are street lights. We have The ballast at work too. All the info on the lights are what I got off the internet.
Thanks

well, how many plants do you want to have?
does your work sell the ballasts also? if not, you need to buy them somewhere else.

the only 2 i could suggest would be the 250W HPS (for 2-3 plants) or the 1000W HPS (any more, and only if you want to buy the light at work). you wouldn't really need the 1000W unless you wanted a decent size garden. since they are really cheap for you, you could also go with 2 of the 250W.

Yes they have the ballast. I added more lights these are all the items that I can get. Looking on the internet they are only 15-30 bucks each. I thought i would try to see if any of these will work so I can save a few bucks. I plan to have 4-6 plants.

A 1OOO HPS LIGHT WOULD WORK FOR THE WHOLE GROW AND IS ENOUGH LIGHT FOR 6 PLANTS.
