Lighting Changes

So I am a newbie at cultivating, however my plant is 4 weeks old from seed, it has two fan leaves next to each other with 4 other leaves that are not fan leaves, it is about 6 inches in height with about 6 light green pistils all together at 2 nodes. I have been very unreliable when it comes to the lighting, some days will be 18/6 some days i wake up and turn the light on so it gets nearly 24 hours of light and pretty much i have varied the lighting anywhere from 18-24 hours and i recently moved the light down 6 inches so it is about 6 inches away from the plant, it is about 6 inches tall as well. any help would be appreciated...and what kind of nutrients should i provide?

2. Do you have money for nutes or are you looking for Wal-Mart nutes?

wal mart nutes would deff be best..still a newbie with no $$
