Lighting question - ushio

Ok so I'm veging with (1)400w and (1)1000w (1000 dimmed to 600, using a 600w bulb...prob 1k is overkill for veg :-/)

My 1000w dimmable has a new 600w digilux mh in it (wanted ushio)

I need to replace the light in my 400w.

The ushio mh opti blue is $75
The 400w ushio hps is $48

I know the hps has more lumen output, and 400w isn't much... Should I use the hps increasing the different light spectrum in the room as well as utilizing the most lumens from a Low watt setup at almost 40% off cost, or buy the mh because that's what plants in veg like.

Nothing?

Basically hps for 400 veg to get more lumens or go for the 400 mh which is $75

I use a 1000 for veg and flower. ushio is a great bulb, I used it for my last 2 grows. I now use the eye hortilux, I cant tell the difference
