65k(daylight) or blue light spectrum for vegging. Red spectrum(2700k) for flowering.Flower with hps tho.

so having these over my plants will not help what so ever
better than nothing I guess, your growing money trees why piss around with half assed lights though ? If heat isn't an issue and you can't/won't take them back they provide some growth during flowering. T5 tubes only come in 3000 K and people flower with them (with equal number of 6500 K tubes combined)

Bro check out the link to the following thread.I cant help U if u dont understand whats going on. Right now those lights will be sufficient for a seedling and maybe even veg a plant slowly. REad and reread the thread in the link bro.
