Lighting

Hey guys, im designing and buying all my materials to set up my room and i was wondering if anyone has some personal opinions on the lights i should use for the veg phase and for the flowering phase..... thanks a ton guys

well the way to go with the lighting is use a metal halide it gives off the white/blue spectrum that is the one for veging and high pressure sodium for flowering that gives the red spectrum if u use them u will get the best of ur grow wouldnt use enegy savers good for electric but not good for yeild
