ive just transformed little close to growing area 90cm x 80cm x 2m. I’m running 6 autos but might actually get rid of one cus I think it’s too many for that area. Anyways I’ve got Lumatek ats pro 300w and I’ve been keeping seedlings under small cfl bulbs but I think I’ll put them under my led today so just been wondering what would be best distance from seedlings, also should I run it at 100% throughout the whole growth or is it better to increase intensity gradually or maybe should I run the whole growth on 50-75% ? The next thing is the light schedule, what would be best do u recon? I’ve been keeping them under them CFLs 24hrs but I’m thinking about 20/4 or even 18/6 or should I run them 24hrs with no dark period ?

Veg doesn’t require intense light. Your light manufacturer should have information available as to distance and percentages of power. Cannabis doesn’t require any dark time. It doesn’t sleep. You can run 24/7.
