Lil black Buggies

Hi there i have 3 out door plants and i have noticed that there are little black bugs on/ near the budds,, they can't be any bigger than a needle head and some are even smaller,,
Even if they are not a problem i want them gone, so is there a safe and easy way to do this ??

i have little paracidic floping worms in my grow box there litteraly tiny and there are a bunch of them know what they are

foreal?....

i think they came from my soil

I was looking today on my buds and noticed lil black..dirt like things in the bud. looked a bit more and SHIT worm. I have pulled 8 out on 1 plant and 3 on another it killed the tip of a bud. So look and make sure its not one of them farkers.

I'm gonna go with a good hosing using Neem oil, dish soap, and water. I dunno what the bugs are, but that mix worked well for me when it came to gnats. 1 Tablespoon oil, 1 Teaspoon dish soap, 1 gallon water.

To rchambers, I think those may be larvae of some kind....never heard of a parasitic flopping worm in a plant, though.
