I've been using MaxiBloom for many years and have never had a nitrogen toxicity.
What medium are you using?
My last grow I only had to use 2.5 grams per gallon.

Fox farm ocean forest. Good to know on the 2.5 grams. Once this plant lightens up in color a little bit, I’ll dial the MaxiBloom back to that. Thanks.
