Looking for seedbank that has cheap seeds but good rep?

I have a 50 dollar bill in my hand. I want to buy seeds. I tried highgrade-seeds.com and i have no clue if my payment even reached them (yet i sent it through first class international). Now i want to make sure i get my shit. I want to buy seeds for lowest 30 dollar USD if possible. if i can get 30 bucks for the seeds i dont want to pay over 15 bucks for fucking shipping thats gay and anoying. i want to try attitude, for me right now its to expensive. If anyone can post a good bank with good seeds for cheap price let me no as soon as possible. thanks.

just start out with some bag seed to see if you can even grow and work ur way up

What seeds are they he is offering? If its just bagseed then he should just be a friend and give em to you. If they are successful then you can chop him out a bit of free smoke when their ready.

For a first grow bagseed is a great place to start to learn how to grow.

I keep tellin people this but you can get great seeds for 28 to 56 bucks from www.sanniesshop.com.

Check out worldwide marijuana seeds/singleseedcentre. I've heard they have cheap shipping, and your $50 can get you several different strains. Sannie's has a good rep as well.

But if this is your first grow, maybe that money is better spent on lighting/ventilation/odor control/nutes while you learn how to grow with some bagseed.

I purchased from Nirvana Shop last week and got my seeds within a week. they also sent me twice what I ordered. I haven't germ'd them yet, but unless they turn out to be total duds, the overall experience with Nirvana was excellent.
