Lst question

Hey guys,

I have a question on LSTing. My girls are about 5 inches tall so I started to LST tonight. I LSTed them 90 degrees from the main stem (which I counter tied) and the bended stem is now about an inch or so from the soil. Some of the fan leaves are on the soil since they are so bushy. My questions is, is this okay? Should I not have LSTed 90 degress? Is it okay some leaves are touching the soil a bit?

yep its not a problem, the plant will rearrange itself in a few days to use the light more efficiently

thats pretty short to be lst'n but you should be ok as long as there are not mega pests in your soil! usually you dont want any leaves or plant to be touchin soil

I think your starting a bit early. I would let it at least get tall enough that the leaf doesn't touch the ground.

when i've lst'd, it was even smaller
but maybe not so strong a bend, more like a 70 degree bend
you should be good, but a pic won't hurt

u must not no ur angles cuz 70 derees is bending farther than 90 degrees, i think that if ur in veg ur fine to LST i say the earlier the better as long as its not a seedling, if it has a few nodes and good leaf growth ur fine, and those leaves touching the the soil will curl back up and be facing the light in a day or two , 90 degrees is an ok angle to dnt wrry about it

i think he is thinking about 70 degrees using the ground as one axis the stem as the other. that would look kinda like a triangle. 70 degrees and 110 could be the same exact angle just depends on where you measure it from.

exactly, so to u nogutsgrower, go fuck urself, u no what an acute angle is, u should cuz u learn it in middle school maybe even k-5 i dnt remember, neway, acute angle= less than 90 degrees, obtuse angle= greater than 90 degrees ill let u figure the rest out u inbred retard, theres some diagrams for ur retarded ass, i got honor roll for algebra dnt fuckin tell me im wrong

So, you said "exactly" when Mikey0 says 70 and 110 could actually be the same depending on how you are measuring. How does that make me wrong? You need to learn how to apply your math! you tell a stoner to bend his plant 45 deg. you think he is gonig to almost bend the plant in half so that it's at a 45 deg angle????? NO!!! he is going bend the top over just a little bit. You tell as stoner to bend the plant over 90 deg and he is going to bend it to so the plant is facing sideways!! You tell a guy to bend his plant 180 deg. he is going to bend the thing in half! More like doing a 180 on your skateboard you are now facing the opposite direction you were. Funny funny guy! The insults really hurt! LOL! LOL Stuff only stays in my signature for a day or two normally but It's staying longer this time! Your math may work for some thing but not stoners! bending their plants!
