flowering i think...its starting to get little sacks around some of it
No real seed pouches - a selfing plant (hermaphrodite) is simply a female plant that exhibits all the traits of the female flower -But- also produces male flowers. The male flowers are the reason everybody dislikes them, they can pollinate your whole crop.

can i still get buds and smoke them ....at least will they get me high?????
A selfing plant will produce female buds, but most likely they will be seeded to one extent or another. Not the end of the world, just less THC and you have to deal with the seeds.

rite...jus like half the weed aroung here...when it buds what do i do with the plant after that?????
When the buds are harvested the plant dies. Some people will tell you to re-veg the plant, but in my experience it takes longer to do that than to just start over. Also seems like the re-veg'd plants do not have the vigor they had before either.
