Can somebody share the process for a magic mushroom microdosing tincture recipe?

I have wild blue meanies here in Mexico.

1. Pulverize your dried magic mushrooms
2. Pour them into a leak-proof bottle
3. Add enough alcohol to cover the powdered mushroom until it has a slurry consistency.
4. Shake the bottle and keep let it stand for 24 hours. But make sure to shake it now and then.
5. After 24 hours, you can filter the alcohol. You can also squeeze the remnant to get more alcohol out of it.
6. Store your extracted alcohol in a clean and fresh bottle.
7. You can use the shroom remnant to make another extract batch.
8. After you have collected the amount of extract you need, you need to evaporate the alcohol by placing the container with the extract near an electric fan. You will want to attain the desired concentration by evaporation. For example, 1 to 3 grams of dried shrooms can produce one cc extract.
9. It should have a pungent smell. You can store them in small bottles and keep them in a freezer.

As for microdosing, you can measure the amount using a syringe. You will want to take only a drop or two since tinctures are potent. I prefer making capsules because they are less complicated and easy to microdose.

Start with about as many fresh or dried mushrooms as will fit into a quart-sized mason jar (or a combo).

1. Shake occasionally while soaking half of the mushrooms in 190 proof Everclear for two weeks.

2. Strain, keeping the solid mushroom pieces, and set liquid aside.

3. Using a crockpot on the warm setting, add the leftover 1/2 of the mushrooms to the solidified alcohol-drained mushroom mixture and soak for 12 hours in hot water (130–160 degrees).

4. After removing all of the mushroom solids, blend the infused alcohol with 3.5 parts water to 1 part alcohol, or 25 to 30 percent alcohol.

They are water soluble. Just weigh out what you want and make a tea. All of this other stuff is a waste of time unless you're trying to make a concentrate. Which you could do by evaporating the water down. But you're trying to micro dose, so yeah.
