Mailing meds while DG licence is processing?

Hey guys, has anyone ever heard of it being legal for a perspective DG to mail a prescription to a potential patient while the paperwork is being processed? I want to help patients but I also want my ass covered as a "DG in training".
Any thoughts?
I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I thought I'd put it out there for future references...........

Ya man, I hear ya. A strange request right? I'm tryin to get the DG thing goin for a 3-5g scrip cuz I don't have much room inside but tons outside. Did you find it tuff to get started with a patient?
