Maine Question: clarity on "physically and visually separated" Adult-use & Medicinal

Hey Everyone, moving to Maine shortly to begin a ed, ibles/solvent less concentrate business. My partner and I are intending on getting our tier 1 adult use license & our care giver medicinal license as well. Everything was honky dory when we believed we can grow all of our plants in the greenhouse, considering the state has moved to Seed to Sale and they will all be tagged. Now we have read this:
3.6.7 Cultivation of Medical and Adult Use Marijuana on the Same Premises. A cultivation facility may cultivate both medical marijuana and adult use marijuana only if: (1) it has received the Department’sapproval of an operating plan to cultivate both, and (2) it is a validly registered dispensary or caregiver. The cultivation facility must:A. Cultivate medical marijuana in an area physically and visually separated from the area used to cultivate adult use marijuana;B. Track all medical marijuana separately from adult use marijuana;C. Store all medical marijuana separately from adult use marijuana;D. Ensure that medical marijuana is never cultivated simultaneously or contemporaneously with adult usemarijuana on the same piece of equipment;
Does this mean we will have to purchase 2 greenhouses OR:
1. Can physically separated mean adult use and medicinal can be grown in the same green house but in separate raised beds?
2. Can a small waist high fence be placed in the greenhouse with a gate to satisfy physical and visual?
3. isn't using tags count as visually separated?

We have asked our lawyer (almost 2 weeks ago :finger:) this question. Waited about 10 days before giving us his educated guess. He believes we can grow all plants in the greenhouse, but he'll get back to us with a firmer answer. So I figured i'll ask you guys. Looking forward to hearing the answer... even if it's the one we don't want to hear
