making hash

which method should i use that is the easiest and most effective (yield/cost)
i know i def will do bho
but is ice hash even worth it since chlorophyll is polar and your putting a straight polar substance(water)

The easiest way is to get a 140 micron screen, some will use smaller but this size works pretty good. Dry the trim. Crumble it lightly and put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour or so. Then gently crumble it a bit more onto the screen. Next use a stiff card, a playing card will do, and move the weed around the screen. Tap the screen gently every so often. Oh yeah, do this over a smooth clean surface. Personally I keep my screen handy and don't try to do it all at once. Just enough to add to a few joints or bowls. You can do this several times. I crumble the weed a bit each time but you don't want it too fine. Eventually you will start getting a greener hash. You will have extracted most of the goodies by then. The freezing makes the trichs brittle and they break of the weed better but it is not absolutely necessary. Check out youtube for how they do it in morocco. Basically the same idea without freezing.

wi would go smaller than 220, 100-150 micron IMO for dry ice extraction.
