The lawyer in the video really pisses me off. We supported this initiative because it was what we were given, any chance to move toward a medical program is good to me. However most people that supported this law support the right for patients to grow their own meds. It was not the will of the people to be forced into paying $400 an oz for medication that can be cultivated at home at a fraction of that cost. Dispensaries need the caregivers and home growers in order to fully supply their shops. how is a dispensary in AZ supposed to supply 4500 card holders with less than 99 plants each. the feds already said they will target large grow operations, nothing like spending 5 years in federal prison because one of your employees took to many clones.
