Managers taking the ****

kk, so i've been at work for 3 years or so now, and to say that i do the managers job is an understatement. i run the place. that said though, i am still the youngest and poorest paid employee. i've never been late, all that lot, i'm a good employee, and employer.

that all said as well, i got a bit suspect of the manager recently, who seems to be taking paid leave all over the place. so i did the numbers (should i add i am also burdened with doing the accounts, pay roll, IT, sourcing and such, you name it) and it turns out he's already taken way more paid leave than he's entitled, with more on the callendar.

i brought this up with the owner, and questioned why he should get more days off this week when he hasn't fileld his quota (160 month, he's done 70, i clocked in 200+) to which the owner shiftily replied that the MANAGER had cut his hours back so it was all fine and made sense.

how the FUCK can someone take more than their entitled paid leave, then cut their hours down after taking it all. is that not completely messed up. all that means to me is that he's thereore now taken even more than he is entitled, as AL is done pro rata or what not.

i mean last year i was refused all of my anual leave, was given a week the following year as compensation and was to be "paid the rest" which an administration happily cancelled, i'm in bad debt as a result.

i feel CRAZY insulted, i've been getting home from work, and just found myself lying on the floor listeneing to music in tears.

am i the only person that would quit after this? or am i being a bit sensitive.

(all i know is that if i leave on bad terms, i happen to legally own their till systems and software :P)
