Alright fng here, been reading for awhile and doing my best to make this PC grow work. I have been trying out things on a poor soul and at this point heat is my main problem. I live in Mexico so needless to say its hot here right now. Temps range from 90 down to 77, I know its way to hot but I have tried almost everything I can find here and it still 2 hot. My 5x4x8 room has its own ac input as well as an ac input for the cabs cool tube. I exhaust room with a panasonic whisper rated @~80 cfm and have currently it with a Y on cool tube output out the roof. I have a passive intake from the attic that I am now trying as an exhaust (i know not good for long term due to moisture but very small grow). The room seems a little small for a portable ac but looking for options... I have taken the cool tube inline fan and turned it around to blow more air on the bulb when on but cant see how that is going to get me at least 10 degrees. I have an ice probe in the water so my tank sits at about 77 Attached are some pics, didnt really want to post but after all of this effort is would be a waste for the room to stay 2 hot. Thanks ahead of time for anything that works.

alright.... so I have closed almost every duct in my house but the ones in my closet but room temp still high:spew:Is a portable ac my only option???? I have put a TDS meter to the leaves and found I am at ~77-85...... I have the lights going off during the heat of the day but since I am using house ac air should I turn the light off in the middle of the night or during the heat of the afternoon, I am starting to think I want it running during the day so the AC can cycle on more often thus cooling the room more.

I cant seem to get any love.... still got a hot room, I dont see any negative signs YET... but since I am trying carmelisous I dont know when/if I will see any. I have a MH/HPS conversion ballast with a 400w MH in a cool tube in it right now. Can I keep the ballast and go down to 250W at least until the weather changes in mid Sep? What about other options that work??????
