Missouri jails a legal medical patient for possession.

You don't want to be anything like us over here in Illinois. It's going to be easier to get medical weed in Missouri than it is to get a recreational in Illinois.

All the current medical cultivators who were here before lobbied and made sure that only they would be supplying for the first basically year. There are not even really any new cultivation companies started yet, people are still waiting for licenses to go through an application fees and blah blah blah. They are making it so new dispensaries open slowly and product slowwwwwwwly increases. It basically little selection of like three different flowers and you can only get a gram per person which cost sixty bucks. And $120 for a half-gram cartridge.... I got my medical card just so I can grow my own medicine, I don't even know if I'll be going to a dispensary for a few years.

I know, I have some peeps tellin me they cross the river from Cape to Anne, IL and that dispensary hasn't had any real flowers since they opened, and when he goes in there, they give him a lecture how they are mainly there for the medical people and not rec, LMFAO, that's great for business, but yea, IL is the joke of all jokes per their medical program. I suspect thats why they got rec passed so easy, folks were tired of waiting on em to get things sorted out.

Because he probably is, hate fuckers like that. giving those of us that actually need it a bad reputation, so if he was then I hope he rots in jail. I have never needed to carry even close to 8oz......for personal use anyway lol. I'm not against having it around if there are children as long as you aren't smoking it next to them, but being a shady drug dealer with your stash next to a 4 yr old is just a scumbag move

Just curious but, have you ever drank an alcoholic beverage around a kid, or transported alcohol with a kid in the car?

Not that i think burning herb or cigs around a kid is ok. But i see no issue with vape cartidges, or dry herb vapeorizers around a kid. Theres no carcinogens or bs in any of that.

Not to sell illegally nope, and if there was a law that said I couldn't, guess what, I wouldn't because it isn't hindering me using medicine

I'm a States rights guy obviously

EDIT: It was the title of the thread. If they had actually jailed a medical patient with a reasonable amount i might get upset. We all know good and well 8oz is no personal use to have chilling in your truck
