Mixing Nutes

So I purchased a small set of Botanicare Nutrients... I have two weeks left in the veg state and I was wondering if I could mix two different nutes I have... The first one is..

PureBlend Pro Grow (Premium organic plant food)
Vegetative Formula
Total Nitrogen: 3.0%
Available Phosphate: 1.5%
Soluable Potash: 4.0%
Calcium: 1.0%
Magnesium: 0.5%

PureBlend
Fruit and Flower Formula
Total Nitrogen: 1.5%
Available Phosphate: 4.0%
Soluable Potash: 5.0%
Calcium: 1.0%
Magnesium: 0.5%

Can I double these? and are these proper nutrients for the plant?

I don't see why you couldn't mix them, as long as you're putting them in dilution first. You never want to mix nutes directly then add to water; they will lock up before you get them mixed in the water.

what do you mean locked up? I added them to my water at two seperate times and stirred them, is this correct?

That is the correct way. I don't know why everyone says not to mix nute concentrates together, but I don't want to find out. I think it may be a matter of possible chemical reaction among the concentrates. Better safe than sorry, I suppose. You are doing the right thing though. Don't forget to pH after you add them!
