Most Efficient Cree On the Market

What is currently the most efficient Cree on the market? I'm looking to replace 2x1000 Watt HPS lights in my grow room with a brand new DiY LED setup. If you have any suggestions on what the best way is to replace this setup it would be appreciated.

Most efficient? Cxb3590s at 23w each probably about as efficient as you can get. (64%) though ROI becomes like 3-4 years at that point and current 3590 prices.(I'd expect more efficient less expensive leds before then) around $2/w build.

I think 50% efficiency makes a good price point for seeing ROI within a couple years. Cxb3070s at 50w, and cxb3590s at 75w achieve this. Around $1/w build.
