So, in the UK, ten days ago the heads from different counties were called to attend parliament and dicuss the legalization of marijuana.
This was the best chance ever at getting it passed through the bills!!
They arrived on Friday evening and spent the weekend in a five-star hotel, discussing strategy and generally linking all of thier info. and tactics.
On the Monday they were due to appear at ten am. They all rose early at seven and met in one room of the hotel, so, obviously one guy starts with a humble spliff to get the proceedings under way, the others take it in turn `cos it would be gentlemanly to do so and not miss out.
By nine thirty one of the heads looks up and says "eeerrmm what is it we were doin`?" another looks at him and says "eerr"..... After ten minutes the apponted leader stirs in his chair and says... "I know, we were eerrr. going to go down.... hhmmm ...parliament thingy..yer know?"
After a few minutes of silence except for the drawing of smoke..... they just say "f*&k it ... lets do it another day!!"
Thats why it hasnt been legalised yet!!!!
