A step by step Picturebook on how i built my NFT/Drip craziness.
I got this idea when i was rolling up and rollin thru riu. so its a four plant setup
(KY Laws 5 is felony), i got a 20 gallon rez, an aquapump, air pump, drip tubing, and all the pvc a grower could ask for.
So these are the pieces that im going
to be using. all 4 inch pieces. decided
to use 22.5* angles instead of 90*'s.
ok so step 1. attach the angles to your channels. the channel length is totally up to and how many holes you put in it or even what size the holes you cut out. my holes are 4 inches and they are spaced 16inches on center. the distance between each four holes is exactly 16inches on center. so the setup is square.

second step- cut some pipe pieces to join the channels to the "Y" piece. once again, the length of the pieces you cut now is IMPORTANT. if you want the holes to be spaced farther apart cut the lengths of these pieces longer. if you want em spaced tighter cut em shorter. Try sticking the end of a piece into the channel to measure it and cut it. this is a mock-up. gluing comes later.
perfect!
all together now!
Now cut a piece to finish the system. this is for the drain into the reservoir.
just coupler size.
it goes something like this

FINISHED!!!
So now all thats left to do is put a hole in the lid of your rez for the downspout.
this is a work in progress. my current grow is just a drip system that recirculates. im happy with it but im always trying something new. alltogether ive had harvests with 4 diffferent methods of growing. some not so good. some almost perfect. its all trial and error, if you dont think you can do something then you can't.
you are the words that proceed out of your mouth.
