My first grow, need help!

HI i'm new to rollitup and i'm coming for advice.
I'm growing 4 seeds from bags, my medium is Sta-Green Flower and Vegetable soil. I picked it up from Meier and it says it has per-lite in it. Their growing in large pots outdoors from seed without transplant.
My only concern is the medium i'm using. It comes says it feeds for 9 mouths and the NPK on the bag is 0.05-0.04-0.03.
Can planting into this medium from seed be harmful with the pre-nutes? or will i be okay. If so, when should i start feeding my plants and would a 10-10-10 at quarter strength for first feeding, then half strength a week after for second feeding be okay for my veg stage?I was planning to feed them two weeks after sprout. Then i'm planning on vegging for a month then bringing them in and doing their 12/12 cycle after that first month.
Thanks :bigjoint:

With the pre nutes in the soil..you could wait a bit longer than 2 wks to start feeding..And planting directly can be an issue only with certain soils..used to happen to me with ocean forest..i just get seedling soil and cut it with perlite..and do that until transplant..

I'll probably just wait till the plant is light green then feed it, or not feed it at all till flowering cycle if that'd be ok? I was planning on feeding it quarter strength all purpose miracle grow 15-30-15 then moving to half strength the next week and so on then flushing for final week or two of flowering cycle.

You dont want to wait until flowering to feed, how long do you plan on vegging? With that kind of soil id say maybe 4 weeks to start lightly feeding. Lightly. Veg maybe like 6 wks or somethin? Thatd probs be good. Then just work it up. just listen to your plant. Watch for burnt leaf tips.

I would wait at least two weeks on nutes I just eyeball it and do it when they look strong enough to handle it and start at 1/4 with fox farms and build my way up.
