My First Grow

6 purple diesel....6 trainwreck/silver haze: rockwool Clones: (4) 4 foot flourescent "cool white" bulbs (for veg): 600w MH bulb with Hydrofarm "Radiant 6" refflector (for flower): Hydroponic system: 3 inch netcups with hydroton... 1/4 inch drip system powered by 600 gph submersible pump...water returns to reservoir....air pumps in reservoir...6" inline exhaust fan...

Yielded 7 dried and cured ounces of HORRRIBLE TASTING herb....

plants vegged good....the trainwreck stretched a little...

problem was fucking SPIDER MITES!!!....because it was my first grow...I did not recognze the problem till it was 2 late...they took over!!...looking back, I think they were present, as far back as 2 weeks into the VEG STAGE... I didnt recognize it till about 1 week into flowering.....I waas forced to spray azamax 2 times in the flowering stage....the last time being almost 1 month into flower....NEVER AGAIN!!!

I also think that the 1/4 inch drip lines fed into the 3" net pots were not a very good watering method + I may have shocked and damaged the plants when i first introduced the 600w Hps light....But because of the mites...it is very hard for me to say, how much affect this actually had..

pictures are of the veg stage....and a couple from when I first put the HPS light in....I didnt take pics of late flower or harvest...probably because I was pissed LOL!

nice setup but as for the taste,did you flush

I attempted to flush Yes...but I think the plant died early....was very dry!
