my first outdoor grow. what should i do?

This is my first outdoor grow so im still a rookie. i really dont know what strain it is.
i think it's afgan.Would anybody have a ideal. Well she's been in flowering
for bout a month now and i wondering should i go ahead and harvest because the buds up top are a nice size but the buds at the bottom is quite small so should i go ahead and get the top out the way and let the sun get to the bottom half of the plant.
Help Please.
P.S is it to late to clone

afgan really means 'indica' and most every weed plant is part indica/part sativa.. what you have is some kind of cross - i can tell because the leaves are long and slender like sativa..
