My grow! update as often as i can

major thanks first of all to mong (havnt seen him in ages now ) paddy510, reaper and pretty much anyone in chat who helped me

ok, im finally here,

I've germed my seeds!

I'm growing:

arjan's haze #3

im germing by putting the seeds in shot glasses of water for 12-14 hours, then paper towel method!

here they are:



it says to keep them in a warm dark place, so they're in a wine box thing.

sorry this is a bit tedious, but hopefully it helps new people (like me ;p) see clearly what im doing

i'll add pics of my veg and flower boxes later, and i'll update as often as i can too.

i'l give a full equipment list tommorw; my hands are way too tired to type it all out lol

75cm wide, 75cm deep, 120cm high
1X 125 cfl
2X flourescent bulbs (to go above mothers)
mylar, white sheeting, 6 small plant pots (6L) and 2 big plant pots (for mothers, 11L)
7 inch fan to circulate air

121cm wide, 80cm deep, 180cm tall

Euro grow light 600w, hps
Ruch 6inch fan (470m3)
budget carbon filter - 6inch
white reflective material
floor secure white, for floor

plagron bat mix light 50L
plagron bat mix 50L
perlite 30L
biobizz fish mix 1L
biobizz bio-bloom 1L

Looks like you've done all your research and then some. I like the seed choices and I'm excited to see the Arjan's haze. How long do you plan on vegging them for?

hey again:

no update yesterday all that happned was, a green bit sprouted and the root popped out, so i nudged it down gently and covered it in soil

today:

i've got 3 sprouts!

2 train wreck

here's one:

this one was the one with the weird root i pushed down, looks good!

and one of the haze has popped too, but i cant get a decent pic (it's only 5mm or so out)

are these looking ok?

the lights approx 10 inches away, 24/0 - 125 w cfl
will i need to change pots soon?

Good to see you thinking this project through; may your harvests be bountiful

not sure what lights ur usin at the moment but if they are florecent or cfl then put them closer. like 2-3 inches. the lights keep cool enough that you can have them close. i had mine out like 5 or 6 inches then when they looked like urs do and left it for a couple days and then moved it closer and put a fan on them and all kinds of new growth started.

Looks sweet man good luck, Can't wait to see how they come out.....

i'm moving the lights closer in a small while, so hopefully more growth will happen! (they're cfl - 125w)

haze have popped through even more, i'll take some photos thurs or fri probably, so i dont bore you all with little growth ;p

i had 5-100w cfl's on my 3 plants at about 2-3 inches out. and that is fine as long as you have a good little fan goin directly on them all the time.

my avatar is actualy one of them at about a week and a half to 2 weeks
