My plants leave are limping

I have a 9x9x9 grow tent I just recently went from 400w to 1000w and my leaves are limping down...I thought they would shoot up. The plants are watered they are not dry They are 3 weeks in veg about 10 inch's high

to much light maby over watered u gotta thik u just more then doubled ur light output they arnt use to it its gonna take a bit for them to adjust

What are the temps in the room? Pics would help also....
