Mystery Bug Appears after cutting- help!

Help!! We just trimmed down our plants for harvest when we noticed small, long oval off white bugs that jump around. When we caught one and put it under the microscope, it looked as if the insect had black eyes and wings on it's elongated body but I couldn't make out a lot of legs. We grow using aeroponics and never noticed insects before until now. We already trimmed the plants down so not sure if spraying will fuck up the buds, or the bugs will. The leaves didn't look damaged other than some drying out along the edges and a few branches suffered worse discoloration than others
Does anyone know what these bugs are and what the damage is? Can we continue harvest or are all these buds trash?

They are tiny, I can't get a picture of them under the microscope, they barely stay still for me to take a zoomed in photo... but they don't look like any of the bugs on the quick reference guide above. The wings were shorter than it's body. I can't see any harm to the plants or buds but don't want to go through curing and then have contaminate herb.

If there is no visable damage I would just keep a eye on them and keep growing and harvest as normal
They may be just hanging out
If you spray with chems you may do more harm then good . JMO
