Need a little help with my room

So I got one of those tuff sheds to move my grow. Got it all set up, insulated,framed walls up for the flower room and panda filmed the area ( 10x 10). Had some ice damming over the winter, in cold climate and there was moisture building up and coming down the exterior walls. I have a dehu in the space now and mini split. My question is if I keep the space at 75 temp and 50 humidity, my flower conditions, will this still be an issue? Do I need another air exchange ? I tore the insulation and vapor barrier off hoping to help. Pics attached. Thank you in advance

Although this could be reduced to a math problem using the cubic feet and duct size and speed with cycling and bla bla bla or you could turn it on and see......
If you have a problem with walls being cold and so cold they drip the insulation is not sufficient. Heating the space up to stop this may land your temps at to high of a temp during flower.

You will not be able to air exchange this problem.

You know what dude I think you just saved me a bunch of money doing the same thing but in reverse. I was going to use a mini split in the summer to force photos into flower as a September flower never works in my area. I will have the same problem where the outside will be 85 and the inside will be 75 and I bet the walls do the same thing.

Dang, so I’m screwed…. I wonder if I can seal the flower area and run CO2? Then try to let the other space be vented or whatever ? Thanks for the replay man

Or do I just grab a big ass tent and put up in the flower room? Should work ?

Correct! He needs a vapor barrier and lots of insulation. That insulation will help in winter AND summer so it's never a wasted investment.

Seal and add CO2 does add a bit of complexity but CO2 supplementation is not expensive once you have the sensor, regulator and a tank or two.

Or spend time in there and breathe. YOU make CO2 as well lol

Not recommended because moisture will build up between tent walls and shed walls and that's bad. Very bad.

I guess the vapor barrier and insulation I used in the ceiling didn’t work. I did the fiberglass in the walls with but that pink foam in the ceiling cuz was working over head. We’ll start over again with insulation in the ceiling zzZ

2x4 the walls and use r15 pink rolls like a house. diys cost about 1k for a 10x10 with ceiling.
so now my 1100 barn is 2100 plus mechanicals.

I got like 13k in this bish and I diy everything except the building lol. Long electric run from our house but made sure to have plenty of amperage. Insulated the walls heavy but I think my whole mistake was the ceiling. Hope insulating the hell out of it works

Biggest mistake I made in my new house was diy the basement. Used 1 inch strips and styroboard but the r values was like 6. Cold walls for 30 years.

Air leaks and no door between basement and main floor are the biggest culprits. I live in an area with lots of basements and the best way to warm up the basement is to put a door in the stairwell and keep it closed. This stops the warm air from migrating upstairs. In summer, leave the door open so it's nice and cool down there.
