Need a Recipe for Muffins

I''ve burned everything i've ever baked in the past and have never used butter or oil in any of my recipes before
but i've decided to turn over a new leaf and take the plunge since recently being inspired by a present a friend of mine sent to me for my birthday

Because of this awesome leaf shaped baking pan, I am going to give it a try

Can anyone recommend a super beginner style recipe for me?
Anything complicated will surly go amiss so I'd like to ease into baking if at all possible!
