Need advice on this seedling

Hi, first time poster first time grower. I was hoping for some advice on these seedlings. Germ'd using paper towel method. Being kept with led light on, plastic bags over for now as my tent doesn't really go above 60% RH, usually 45-55%. Tall lanky one is Fastbuds Green Crack cbd auto. Short little mutant thing is Fastbuds Rhino Ryder. The GC seems fine and healthy but a little stretched- I've moved the light a bit closer now. I tried to gently remove the seed from leaf but it seems pretty stuck on.

The RR is my biggest concern. I know it's only been 3 days since planting in soil but it doesn't even look like a plant, I don't know what to make of it. It did have a bit smaller taproot so being a bit behind wouldn't surprise me. The only thing I could think of was slight overwatering? But I'm completely new to this so any input would be appreciated

The second one looks almost like it has been eaten or rotted. the first one looks fine and don't worry about the seed husk.

Your soil looks rich and a lot of the manure looks young

Thanks for the quick reply! The soil is canna terra pro plus if you know it? Was it a bad choice or something? I haven't put anything extra in it

And the second one you said looked like it's rotted, should I just get rid of it or give it another couple days do you think?

No worries. Definitely wait and see what others say, especially in regards with the soil as im in australia and not familiar with it.

Good luck

Can anyone else give any insight on this second plant please? Give up and bin it or leave it and give it a chance?
