need help on a grow cabinet....verry new to this

im verry new to this and im building a grow cabinet . the dimentions are28x15x45. i know i will need to paint the inside either flat white or use mylar.im not sure how big of a light i will need. maybe a 400w hps and metal halide combo. i only wana grow 2 plants max. i can use some computer fans for the intake and exhause.......i need help what would work the best for this.

For the lights a 400w is a little over kill I would go with a 250w or cfl's. As for the walls go with mylar if you can find it.

ya i thught 400 would be a bit much thanks.and will i need much for keeping it cool inside. just a simple computer fan for intake and exhause will be fine.....right

i kinda wana keep it to a minimum because im in an apartment.
