I prefer to use a couple small drivers since you can match the MA better. Some reds you might want at 700ma blues at 600ma whites at 1000ma or 3000ma this is just an example but is pretty close to real world.

There are a few issues with that source that I see. One problem is that it's a constant voltage source, not a constant current. Two, the voltage is pretty low. You'd be running very short chains of leds and would have to find a way to regulate the current through each chain.

I'd look into constant current drivers with a higher output voltage range. With a higher voltage, you can put more leds in series for each chain. This means fewer chains, and thus fewer current regulators.

If you only want one high voltage string you could use the HLG-185H-C1050A or HLG-185H-C1050B, both dimmable. Otherwise as PG pointed out you could use a bunch of cheaper drivers like these or these.

They are AC powered drivers, a more efficiency approach than using a separate AC DC converter.
