Need help with 10x10 flower room.

Okay, so I want a 10x10 flower room. I will be using a 10x10 Tent, as I'm renting a house and don't want anything to damage the actual room. Much easier to hide if I had to take down the grow under time constraints.

I was thinking 4 1k watt HPS, in a cool tube type hood. Not exactly sure what the best configuration would be for venting.

I was going to run a soil grow mainly, and some 50/50 coir/soil mix. I would like to implement a more automatic hydro system at a later date. Ideas & Opinons welcome.

Really just looking to hear some ideas on what you guys would do before I start ordering everything.

I Rent and I am in the process of converting my Spare Room 8' x 7' x 8' and because I want to be able to remove all traces of a Grow(Within a Couple hrs if I had to) cannot damage the property....

I rent also. So I came up with this design to be taken down in 2hrs by 2 people. I only cut 1 hole in the ceiling of the closet. I figured it was the last place they look on inspection.
The room is 12'x12' with a window & closet. Standerd bedroom.

The room has a 4'x4' window. I put a 4x4 sheet of plywood in the window. Cut a square in that to fit the window a/c.

Outside of the window is a outside hose spigot. I connected a hose to that & ran it inside through the board in the window, to the closet hooked up to my ro unit. The ro unit fills a 50gal drum for fresh water Then the sump pump connected to a hose & water wand feeds the girls. I'm working on adding a drip system.

I built a wall in the room out of 1"x2" & panda film. The "flower" section is 9 1/2' x 12'.
I am now working on light #4 in the drawing but before I had a 5'x'5 tent where light #4 is. So 9.5' x 12 is plenty of room to flower 3 1k lights & 1 5x5 veg tent. I harvest every month like this.

The lights are cooled by sucking air from the "veg" area - through the lights - then to the closet through the hole to attic. Closed system. The air for the lights never touch the flower room.

I have the autopilot greenhouse controller with fuzzy logic running the co2, air conditioner, & de-humidifier. 50lbs co2 tank last me 2-3 weeks.

The 6" fan & filter hang in the center of room always on as a scrubber just cleaning the air.

4 stations.... #1 clone=14dayscloner/16 days cups. #2 veg=30days #3&4 flower=60days. lights #3 & 4 are 30 days apart. basiclly moving & harvesting a light every 30 days

in 100 sq.ft. (10x10) you are gonna need other equipment in the room and 4000w means a lot of heat. i'd do 4 600's covering 8x8 and giving you room to move around and add a dehu or other equipment you may need.
