need help with setup

I want to grow 5 Big Bud, 5 Northren Lights, 5 top 44 and 5 OG Kush. I have a (2) 2 foot T5 bulbs to start flowering and could I use a couple 150 HPS to finish veg.
As far as my flower room how much room do I need and could I use just a 600 HPS light for all 20 plants to flower. I also have fans, nutes, and mylar reflective material ready to go. Any suggestions would be awesome
