need help

h iso i have this aouto in comercial soil for 15 days ph 6.5-7 no fertilizer at all just whats in the soil i noticed this leaf stuff after leaving it outside in that area there are some plants that have the same "burn" on the leafs i didnt saw any spiders...btw at night the plant stays indoor photo on : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/706/p5270004x.jpg/thanks

when to start the fert?when to repot?

i would say you have about a week before repotting and about 2-3 weeks before you need to start nutrients depending on what the soil is you have them in.

i just saw a red tiny spider near the plant can that leaf spot be from spider-mites?
