Need much circulation while lights off?

Do the plants do a lot of circulation even with lights off and good temps? I got a small osc fan on them while lights out and the heavy duty one comes on when they turn on usually

they do like a breeze,, i use a small fan at night, to change the air in my grow room,, not directly on them, but blowing out.
i'm on my first grow,, so i dont know if my advice or comments are worth much.
but i have got allot of info from the "FAQ'S"
