Need suggestions for new grow room

Ok so I was looking at Superclosets etc but then realized the size I wanted to get would not fit thru any doorways. So I think I can use our shed but want it setup correctly. Here is the breakdown of the shed...

10'w x10'l x 11'h

There is power already running to the shed. The shed is bare bones on the inside no drywall with a concrete floor. It has 1 tinted skylight and 1 window.

I know I want to do soil and HPS / mh lighting. I'm fine with manual watering etc. I would also like to incorporate a carbon filter as well.

My startup budget is about $2500. I prefer to do things right the first time then dick around and waste time and money. Any suggestions on a setup (how many plants, lights etc) for this shed would be appreceiated. Even links to other grow journals with simalar specs would be appreciated.

I have cultivation books on order but thought I would see what the great minds of this site could come up with while I wait.

I'm not being lazy just trying to do it right the firt time around.

Thanks for any input!

thats plenty of room to work with, i would do two 1000w mh/hps digital lighting so you don't have to dick around with changing lights too much or moving plants to a different area of the room. to add a carbon filter without anyone knowing its there is to add a roof vent with the rain flanges and attach your filter and exhaust to the inside of that. and as for plants as many as you can fit in there and still maintain them with that much lighting.
