Netpots and DWC

I am trying to keep my whole setup as short as possible. I have been trying to find dimensions of netpots and I have been unable to find how tall either a 3" or 6" one is.

Since I am unable to find dimensions, I figured I would ask if a 3" or 6" netpot would be able to be placed in a 3 gallon "Tuff Box" from K-Mart. I believe it was around 10-12" tall.

Would this allow room for the roots to grow, or even room for the nutrient solution to be below the netpots?

And when I am starting my clones in DWC, can I have the nutrient solution touching my rockwool/hydroton?

yes it will fit that is why its called a 3 inch netpot and 6inch. You would not want your water lvl to be touching the rockwool it will saturate it. The faq says to have the water touching 1 inch of the netpot when your clone is small then decrease it and have the roots suspended enough for the air bubbles to hit the roots.

Sorry, I assumed "3 Inch" meant it had a diameter of 3 inches. And thank you for the other info.
