they look good to me, maybe a little too big for those solo cups, you might wana transplant soon. if your temps get too high it can cause those leaves to curl up a bit, check your temps and transplant

Eh. I'd say you are fine. No need to transplant yet. Give em another week or so. The leaves are curled do to stress . Either hot soil ... Meaning to high of npk ratio or the temps are to high. What is your setup like? any ventilation?

yes, with these pots drainage can be difficult without a medium consisting of perlite, if you find it easy to over water poke holes in your topsoil after watering to wick out moisture and get the roots air. looking green, as said id suggest transplant before going rootbound, around 6" i take them from party cups and its off to the 3 gal or 5 gals
