New dispensary in my town denied

Well, it made the front page of my newspaper that a dispensary that had applied to move in was shot down. Main reason was the location was within 94 feet of a gymnastics studio.
Is it just me or isnt that kinda a no-brainer for them to even think they would get the green light to open ? My area is in a serious hurt for dispensarys and although I applaud any effort at all, dont you think the geniouses would've know about the kids gymnastics studio ???

They make the restrictions so tight, that it is nearly impossible to setup a dispensary in any area of a city because of schools and etc.

until the lawsuits are finished. then the green light will be on again.
