New grow cab, help me decide on materials!

Hello all I have been recently refurbishing my pc grow box for another go around and decided that I am also going to build a small wardrobe/armoire type box to grow in.

Will some standard 3/8" OSB be strong enough to support a 400w light, some ducting, circulation fans, and itself? or do I need to build it out of hardwood plywood?

My planned dimensions are 1.5 meters tall, 1 meter wide, and .65 meters deep.

Think your gonna have no choice but make it taller and run a cool tube if your going for a 400 watter mate, u won't want that too close to your plants

LED panels in a cabinet are awesome for getting the maximum height from the restricted space, plus they don't have heat problems like HPS would in an enclosed space.

I am planning on using a cooltube and having a dimmable ballast, which means I wont be at 400 the whole time and im not too worried about heat. I can manage the heat if it means higher quality bud (which imo is always from HID lights so far).

Im definitely not going to run cfls but I would consider an LED panel, how much do they cost per watt compared to HPS and MH setups?
