New Grow Rooms in design stage

Hello All! I am new to this forum and I have really enjoyed reading through the posts so far!

I am setting up a new legal medical grow room in my basement. I am dedicating an entire room and closet for the garden.

I plan on using the closet for the veg room and measures 3 1/2 feet wide, 5 feet long and 6 feet tall. Someone gave me two 100 watt MH lights and one 150 watt HPS which I think will be adequate for the veg room. Those 3 lights produce just under 2000 lumens per sqft, although I am not using all that space for the veg tray so I can focus on the tray to produce more lumens. I am making a hydro ebb and flo system in a tray that measures 16" x 20". If I stick 12 rooted clones in 4" rockwool that will still leave about an inche on either side of the rockwool. I have a lot of vertical height so I just hope the tray is big enough to get 12 plants into adequate veg growth before sticking into flowering room.

The flowering room measures 10' x 12' and 7' high. I have time to plan this room out since my clones will be starting this weekend in the veg room but this is what I have planned so far: (2) 1000W HPS lights with fan ventilation/cooling through the lights, through a carbon scrubber and out the sealed window to create a negative room pressure. I want ebb and flo for relatively low maintainence and high yields. I am really interested in the ebb and gro system after reading good reviews. I will have 12 plants in flowering and 12 in veg with one mother plant. I haven't considered what medium to use to keep the mother going but was thinking of just a DWC in a bucket with aquarium pump.

Thanks for reading about my design. I can't wait to get these clones in there this weekend! I appreciate any input/help with this as it gets going. I will have bunch of questions coming!
