Hi guys I am new to this forum and also new to growing plants so I just want to ask what kind of fertilizers/soil should I use to grow my clones with. I will be transplanting my clones into two 100 gal smart pots and I'm not sure what would be the best fertilizers/soil etc. to throw in the pot. Also, how many bags of fertilizers would fit each smart pots. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

thise are some MONSTER pots. i'm guessing an outdoor grow then. i would use a soiless mix. especially in pots that big. if you use somthing like FF that has nutes already in it you eally are playing a guessing game as to when your plant will need actual nutes because it has used up the nutes in the soil. i would recommend sunshine advanced mix #4. comes in a 3.8cu.ft. bag that will do about 80 gallons of soil per bag. i also add 20% worm castings to the mix for beneficial bacteria and fungi.

for nutes i would try and keep it as simple as possible. you could use a simple 2 part soil mix like Canna or House and Garden. then also brew and organic humisoil tea like Bountea. i do a feed, tea, feed, tea schedule. really easy to brew and cheap as well.
