New grower needs a little help

Can someone identify the issue from the picks and let me know what it is. Here is a little background info:

Indoor grower under led

Soil grower - good mix

Used light hydro nutes half way twice everyother week at 1/2 strainght

Leaf in one pick missing leaf from pruning oops.

These are early miss at 8 weeks, almost done starting to turn amber

The picks are two leafs front side and same leaves backside in order.

I don't see mg def. (If it was, all you need is epsom salt, not calmag which would treat a non-existent Ca def.). I think I see general deficiency due to underfeeding. Could be overfeeding, nute lockout. But, the amount your feeding wouldn't lead to that conclusion.

BTW: Using hydro nutes in soil isn't optimal.

using distilled or R/O water?
