Glad you like Benson, Peoria is really nice. Lots of nature, a beautiful downtown. Been there many times. It's the state level that sucks.

We actually bought a bunch of property in Peoria haha! And a beautiful pond as well as a bunch of forest/nature.. You're not kidding it is lovely.
