Hi guys, Totaly new to growing i just wanted to ask a few question's if you don't mind answering that would be great thanks?


I have a 250 watt MH and a T5 4 bulb what one should i use to start my seedlings of what hight should both be. etact hiegt distance would be great as there is so many differnt opions on the web .....

I'm goiong to be growing 2 x AK-49 AUTO'S AND 2 X BLUEBERRYBLISS AUTO'S both feminised( no need to worry about males) I have read that it's best to not transplant autos and start in the end p-ots my pot's are 5.7 liters

I'm growing with soil cana professional soil mix with an Ec of 1.2 is that okay for autos to start as I've read tjhat they are ligh feeders?

I have a fan etc

first grow so in a closet if goes okasy upgrade to a ternt with an outtake fan etc and filter

i will;be germating via paper towel method

i love thsi guy lol

That all sounds good except the paper towel B.S just throw them in the soil of the final pots, as for lights watts are watts so if that t5 is near 250 i would go with the metal halide just keep it a few feet from the seedlings so they dont get burned or dry out too fast at least for the first 2-3 weeks then start dropping it

The pics i included are homebrew F1 crosses of my own strain pinkie pie x ak47 auto started and finished under a 600w super blue metal halide( pics are at day 53)

wow they look amazing I wont be growing that many i only smoke a few during the week sat tends to be the day that i smoke lol they look amazing will my seedling stretch yeah the lumen output is better with the 250 watt metal halide
